Training programme adapted to your goals. Weekly data and sessions review and feedback including adaptations where required. Training provided via Training Peak website. 

 *Minimum of 3 months. 

Personalised Event Training Plan. £50/12 weeks*

Training plan based on your goals and needs. *Additional cost (£25) for plans to be provided on Training Peaks System. 

Training Consultation. £25. 

Advice and guidance on your current training and suggested adaptations. 1 hour session plus email follow up. 

1-1 discipline specific session. £25/hour

Want to improve your bike, run or transition skills? We'll work on drills that you can incorporate into your training. 1 hour session.
